At Upaj Foods, we strive to deliver quality products in excellent condition. Since our products include food items, returns may be restricted for hygiene and food safety reasons. Please contact our customer support team if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or spoiled product.

• Can I return a damaged or incorrect product?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Share your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

• How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number, registered contact details, and the reason for your request. Once the issue has been reviewed and your request approved under our applicable policy, we will share the next steps and refund details with you.

• How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, the processing time may depend on your payment method and the policies of your bank or payment provider. Our team will inform you about the refund process and any applicable timelines when your request is approved.

• Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Order cancellation depends on the order's processing and dispatch status. If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible refund will be handled according to our applicable policy.
